These Terms & Conditions apply when you purchase products through the Innocent Soap website.

Please read them before placing an order.

1. About us

Innocent Soap is a British dog-care brand producing solid dog shampoo bars.

2. Our products

We make reasonable efforts to describe and display our products accurately on our website.

Product packaging and appearance may vary slightly from photographs or other representations shown online.

Please read the product label and directions before use.

3. Prices

The price payable for a product is the price displayed on the website when you place your order.

Our current retail price is £10.99 per 150g shampoo bar.

We may change our prices in the future. Any change will not affect an order that has already been accepted.

4. Delivery charges

Standard UK delivery is £5 for orders below £20.

UK delivery is free for orders of £20 or more.

The applicable delivery charge will be shown during the checkout process before payment is completed.

5. Placing an order

When you place an order through our website, you are offering to purchase the products in your basket.

You should check your basket and the information supplied during checkout carefully before completing payment.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where there is a legitimate reason to do so, including where a product is unavailable, there is an obvious pricing or website error, or we are unable to fulfil the order.

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will arrange an appropriate refund.

6. Payment

Online payments are processed securely through Stripe.

Payment must be successfully completed before an online order can be processed.

We do not receive or store your complete payment-card details.

7. Delivery

Our website currently accepts orders for delivery within the United Kingdom.

We will take reasonable care to prepare and dispatch accepted orders appropriately.

8. Cancelling an order

If you are purchasing as a consumer, you may have a statutory right to cancel an online purchase under UK consumer law.

Where the statutory cancellation right applies, the usual cancellation period is 14 days after you receive the goods.

To tell us that you wish to cancel, email dogs@innocentsoap.co.uk with sufficient information for us to identify your order.

Your statutory cancellation rights may be subject to exceptions provided by law.

9. Returns following cancellation

If you exercise a statutory right to cancel after receiving the goods, you must take reasonable care of them and return them in accordance with the applicable consumer-law requirements.

Please contact us before returning a product so that we can provide the appropriate return information.

10. Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights.

If a product arrives damaged, is faulty, is not as described or you receive the wrong product, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible so that we can investigate and provide an appropriate remedy.

11. Using our products

Innocent Soap products should be used in accordance with their labelling and directions.

Stop using a product if an animal experiences an unexpected adverse reaction and seek appropriate professional advice where necessary.

12. Our responsibility

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.

Nothing in these terms limits the statutory rights available to consumers under applicable UK law.

13. Personal information

We handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

14. Trade purchases

These website terms are primarily intended for consumer purchases.

Separate terms may apply to trade, wholesale or other business-to-business orders agreed directly with Innocent Soap.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The version applying to your order will be the version in force when the order is placed.

16. Governing law

These terms are governed by the applicable laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.
